Hippopo is a story that I wrote as an animated TV series for the Beeb. Sadly, I gather, the French animation company, who somehow got involved, blew the project financially. And blew my finances into the bargain. So - penniless once again. Some things don't seem to change much..? But I still love the character and he was reborn briefly as a greeting card!
